A. PaymentSence is a trusted payment service gateway base In Ireland.3D Secure authentication provides security for both retailers and customers who are shopping online.  

Once a transaction has passed through the 3D Secure authorisation process, the liability for the purchase is transferred from the retailer to the card provider. This means that if the customer claims they didn’t authorise the transaction, the card provider is responsible for refunding their money.

3D Secure gives customers an extra level of security when making purchases, as they’ll know that their card is better protected from fraudulent activity. This can increase trust and boost confidence when shopping on our site.
A. You can still place orders for collection orders but we cannot deliver without an account.

A: We offer three ways of placing your order

  4. By Visit -At the collection Point in one of our branches convinient to you.

A: You can pay by card when ordered online, cash on delivery or alternatively if you would like to, you can also make a BACS payment in advance the day before your delivery.
A:We are trying to make sure to do everything to avoid such situations but if you received any goods and you are not happy with the quality of the products please return the faulty product with our driver and deduct charged amount.
A: We accept cash, card or BACS payment on the delivery day

A:To find out delivery days to your area you can just log on to our website or call our head office to speak with one of our professional trained advisors who will provide you with next available delivery day in your area.

A:It depends on the area where your business is located. As soon as you sign up for our online ordering system, you will be able to see minimum delivery value or alternatively you can speak with one of our sales representatives.

A:The easiest and fastest way to open an account is to register online and completing requested information about your business. If you don’t have access to computer you can always call our friendly team who will be able to open a new account immediately while you are on the phone with them.

A:Once you register online unfortunately you won’t be able to shop straight away. You will need to wait 24h for us to authorise your account. Once registration process is complete, you will receive an email from us confirming your account is open and you can start shopping

A:Yes. You don’t have to be a business owner to be able to shop at Redstar Foodservice Ltd.Currently we have two branches you can collect from- Southampton and Portsmouth.
